On Saturday, early in the afternoon we will have a Workshop in the hall of Sport Centre Spark.

A workshop that focuses on the detailed execution of the asanas, the transitions, the passages from one posture to another, the relationships between the asanas, we will explore some of the more challenging postures.

While in the yoga classes we practice, moving slowly through the asanas, without paying detailed attention of which is the way to get to the main asana, here we will do exactly this.

This is a class for anyone who wants to explore in more detail the execution of the asanas and is ready to try the more challenging asanas.

After the class we will have a cup of tea and talk in the pleasant club Spark.

The Art of Yoga is a class in which I use the whole set of asanas, I do not follow any specific system. The style is my own, developed after long years of yoga practices and trainings.

I will be glad to have good time together practicing yoga on Saturday.
